Our Fused, early harvest Tunisian green lemon (Eureka Green Limonato™) was made by crushing very green olives with young Eureka Lemons. The result is an incredibly complex, aromatic fusion. By hand picking Eureka lemons at the precise moment for maximum lemon aroma and flavor, we were able to create this powerfully fragrant fused olive oil. Super concentrated, it’s the only example of its kind in the world. A little bit goes a long way! Try with seafood, poultry, in baking, biscotti, tea breads, salads, in marinades, spreads, dips, dressings and more. Pairs well with the Peach White Balsamic, Grapefruit White Balsamic, Oregano White Balsamic, Tangerine Balsamic and much more!
