Glazed Barbecue Pork Chops

So many things come to my mind when I hear the word, "Summertime," but the first few words are grilling, watermelon, and the lake. Growing up, my dad was always grilling something outside for dinner. Steaks, kabobs, burgers, chicken, ribs, and pork chops were most common. I wish I could go back in time and paint this glaze recipe on a wall of his kitchen. It is just that good. Initially the glaze is semi sweet because of the Black Cherry Dark Balsamic, but then there is a kick of spice from the pepper and Dijon mustard. The pork chops really sealed in the juices because of the flipping and adding the glaze multiple times. This aided in allowing the pork chops to burst with flavor with every bite. So, get to cooking!
